Recently I have been playing piano for my fellow course mate and singer Lozinka we have performed Walking in the Air, from the play the Snowman. Our tutor Neil and the audience really enjoyed our performance today. Neil commented that the performance was very successful because of my use of the whole register of the piano, our balance of volume between singer and piano, the changes of dynamics and the way I added variety to the performance by playing at a different pitch to Lozinka's singing. I really enjoyed today's performance and would like to accompany more performers in the future.
I have also been supporting Radek by playing the piano for him in his solo electric guitar assessment tomorrow afternoon. This will consist of an approximately 20 minute long pop set including some fast lively tunes Stumble and East Wes, and two slow tunes, Hand on Heart and Tender Surrender. I feel that we have prepared sufficiently for this assessment and Radek has been very helpful by regularly contacting me about rehearsal
